At En Route Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces, so we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
